BAD BREATH
POSSIBLE CAUSES OF BAD BREATH
Sluggish bowels.
Throat infections.
Stomach and intestine problems.
Certain foods.
Tabacco and alcohol.
The first thing to do when you notice you have a bad breath is to try and eliminate the main causes.
WAYS TO AVOID BAD BREATH
1. Work on your diet; eat plenty of nuts, vegetables, fruits, grains and seeds.
2. Brush your teeth after taking certain foods, like garlic and onion.
3. Always keep the teeth, tongue, mouth and gums clean and health. Brush and floss your teeth regularly. You an also use a tongue scraper to get rid of bacteria on you the tongue.
4. Avoid stress because it can affect the digestive system and lead to bad breath
FRUITS THAT CAN HELP ELIMINATE BAD BREATH
Avocado is an effective remedy for bad breath. You can also chew unripe guava or guava leaves for it is an excellent tonic for gum and teeth.
